Abobo's big adventure

In case you haven't heard Abobo's big adventure is online.

Abobo's son has been kidnapped and now it's up to you to help Abobo fight his way through some of the greatest NES games of all time in order to rescue him. 

Not only does Abobo have to fight through these classic games, but he has to adapt to their varying gameplay styles. Gameplay ranges from beatemup, to underwater platformer, to side-scroller, to top-down dungeon crawler, wrestling, run-and-gun, boxing, and MOAR! 

Oh, and did we mention BOSSES?! Mini-bosses, medium bosses, large bosses, and ultra-huge multi-stage bosses will assault you at every step of your journey. 

Abobo's path is a long and hard one, he'll encounter more enemies than any single character has ever had to fight, but this is Abobo we're talking about here. He has the heart of a lion... probably because he actually punched a lion and ate its heart!

Neon Genesis Evangelion.....going out of print!

It was recently announced by rightstuf that the Neon Genesis Evangelion is going out of print. Crunchyroll mentioned the reason for this is becuase the licence is not being renewed since the movie series is very popular. Well I can see why this would happen.....the movies are amazing, especially if you watch them in high def. I cant really say much about the tv series beside that I own a copy of the platinum edition. I suggest if you are a loyal fan of the series, now is the time to buy it before its no more and people start selling them for ridiculous amounts........which I might do, JK.

Tekken Blood Vengeance

For all you Tekken fans out there! don't forget the new animated movie is coming out in two day. Tekken Blood Vengeance is available on Dvd 11.22.11. Let me know what you think about the movie and for those who buy it, let me know what are your likes and dislikes about the movie.

The stage for a final showdown is prepared as Anna Williams and the G Corporation set a trap for her sister Nina who works for Jin Kazama, head of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Both Jin and his father, Kazuya Mishima of the G Corporation, seek to control the M Cell that will unlock the destructive supernatural powers buried within the Mishima bloodline. Kazuya dispatches Ling Xiaoyu to a prestigious international school to spy on Shin Kamiya, who may hold the key to the M Cell. Xiaoyu befriends Alisa Bosconovitch, who also shows an interest in Shin.  Who will claim the M Cell and unlock the full power of the Devil Gene?

Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos in theaters!

 Eleven Arts and FUNimation Entertainment just stated that the 2nd movie of Full Metal Alchemist will be shown in over 100 theaters in January 2012. It was also stated that the Blu-ray and DVD realase of the movie will be in spring 2012. I am a huge fan of Full Metal Alchemist, it was the first show that made me appreciate dubbed versions of anime. Knowing since November 14, 2010 that there was going to be a 2nd movie, I've been patiently waiting. The movies seems to take place before the end of the series. It will have a plot outside of the actual story and will introduce new characters. No matter what the story entails, I'm sure everyone will love it.

Rosa

was looking through my Google reader and I came across an animated short film by the name Rosa.....anything that is animated I stop and watch it. It is a 8:40 min film by Jesus Orellana who has done several graphic novel. A film that he started about a year ago is completely done and is going to be featured at The Festival Circuit. I give Jesus credit for created such a mind blowing 3D animation, so if you enjoyed the video. It will be released online and on DVD during 2012.

ROSA is an epic sci-fi short film that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where all natural life has disappeared. From the destruction awakes Rosa, a cyborg deployed from the Kernel project, mankind’s last attempt to restore the earth’s ecosystem. Rosa will soon learn that she is not the only entity that has awakened and must fight for her survival.
